Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all business dealings, projects, services, and deliverables provided by GoToSIOC Technologies Private Limited (“Company”).

By engaging with the Company, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all projects unless a separate written agreement specifically modifies any clause.

All invoices raised by the Company are to be cleared within the agreed timeline. Any delay may result in suspension of work.

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of the developed product shall remain with the Company until the full and final payment is received.

Any misuse, misconduct, or abusive communication with Company staff will be considered a violation of these Terms, and the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund.

All disputes will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Company’s registered city courts.
